Story Telling

Have you ever heard the phrase, “a picture is worth a thousand words?” This famous idiom is based on the idea that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image – and marketers took note of this powerful idea. Visuals have long been a cornerstone to a successful marketing strategy,to the point where an estimated 84% of communications will be visual by 2018.
A visual in real estate is so very important. Taking great photos of a listing to make the home stand out amongst others. This is key to helping you sell your home quickly. As you know most homebuyers turn to the internet to search for their dream home. Usually on top syndicated websites, i.e. Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Remax.com, Trulia.com, to name a few. When a home buyer is looking for an area to relocate they want to see this homes surrounding areas. quick tip-Take a picture of those surrounding areas i.e. parks, monuments, shopping, schools, beaches, restaurants, then the home listing photos. Taking as many photos of each room, showing the charm and appeal of the home. If your really ambitious take a video tour so buyers can see the home virtually . In My opinion, Nothing is more aggravating than seeing a listing with NO photos or photos with captures images of people or animals in the photos or stacked up dishes, clutter…. Yes people sometimes have a vision but lets make the home shine with crisp clean photos! This home should show like a model home. Your agent should advise you to put away all personal items and clear counter tops, etc… Homebuyers want to vision their items and furnishings at this home listing.I Hope this story helps you sell your home by taking tips from an expert in the real estate industry. call me if you looking to sell your home!
